1. The name of the society is Canadian
International Metaphysical Ministry
2. The purpose of the society is:
| (a) To assist all University of
Metaphysics graduates in Canada by providing them with all the
information necessary for them to set up Church Centres in
their own communities. Giving them guidance in making
applications to Provincial and Federal Governments for
necessary regristration as a non-profit society. |

(b) To hold seminars where necessary on
an ongoing basis to provide training for graduates that
require assistance with course material and administrative
functioning.

(c) To provide course material of a
religious nature furthering the study of our philosophy and
sending updates by way of a periodic news letter and
email. |
3. Upon winding up or dissolution of the Society,
the assets which remain after payment of all costs, charges, and
expenses which are properly incurred in the winding up shall be
distributed to such charitable organization or organizations in
British Columbia having a similar charitable purpose. This provision
shall be unalterable
BYLAWS
The bylaws of the society are
those set out in Schedule B to the Society
Act.
