The Centre for Awakening Spiritual Growth was founded by Dr. John Bright in 1999 after he graduated from the Religious Science International college after 6 years of study. Dr. John then enrolled with the University of Metaphysics and graduated with a masters degree at the U of M Convention in June 2000. Dr. John then completed the Doctorate degree in 2001 and formally graduated at the 2002 convention.
After several years of operating the Centre for Awakening Spiritual Growth, Dr. John discovered there was a need to have a Canadian corporate organization to support the Canadian graduates and supply information to help Ministers who were wanting to establish their own Centres.
At the 2005 convention Dr. Masters authorized Dr. John Bright to establish the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry, and appointed him as the Executive Director. Establishment of the Canadian Corporate head office was completed by December 2005. There has been a gratifying response for membership (click here to view the list of Canadian members).
Quarterly news letters are being sent out to the Canadian graduates, who become members of the new Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry, to keep them informed of the latest developments in the Metaphysical Ministry.
